Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

Most items in our store carry a 30 day refund. We feel this is enough time to find any major problems with your order. If you simply no longer want the item that you purchased, we cannot honor a refund. We really only refund items that are a manufacturer or shipping defect, or it's a wrong item or an order error.

Items that are purchased in one of our stores may have a different policy, but items purchased online must have a valid reason for a refund.

In most cases, however, we will work with you, simply give us a call.
